Dani, as a survivor of sexual assault and subsequent judicial/prosecutorial harassment/retaliation, has played an integral role in the enactment of Marsy’s Law initiatives which provide protections for victims of crime. She currently advocates for victims of violence and judicial abuse.

Kelly is an advocate for civil rights with an expertise in guardianship matters where she has worked relentlessly assisting and supporting victims of judicial abuse. She apportions most of her time and proficiency to the unwarranted involvement of government in child and elderly custodial matters.
